The location of the hotel was amazing. It’s style and design was perfect. Room was so clean and nice. You can have breakfast at your balcony. Ta Spitakia is located 3 km from Kos Town. It offers self-catering accommodation with garden views and free WiFi access. The houses will provide you with air conditioning and a patio. This was our second visit to this property and it was as amazing as the first time. It is in a very quiet area in lovely grounds, the houses are great with everything you would need and spotlessly clean all the time thanks to Netzmin. The lady that runs the booking is always available for anything you need on whatsapp and nothing is too much trouble. The houses are close to Kos Town but you would need a car or taxi to get there as a bit far to walk. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely want to return.

Fantastic accomodation , right by the sea , perfect for couple or small family with great beaches , gorgeous sea for snorkelling and lovely low key Greek restaurants nearby . Newly refurbished with great amenities , a very helpful hostess who left us loads of her homegrown vegetables and a bottle of wine . She cleaned our place every day as well which we weren’t expecting . Highly recommend . Would definitely return. East to get around ,everything within walking distance . Buses or hire car for more adventure .

Offering a garden and mountain view, Saint Nicholas Houses is set in Kefalos, less than 1 km from Kohilari Beach and a 16-minute walk from Camel Beach. The location is perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy some tranquility and privacy with a great view over the surrounding olive trees and the sea. The house is very modern and provided everything you need and a lot more. The host Nicholas and his family were very hospitable and could always be reached if in need. They were spoiling us with local produces from the garden (e.g. honey, olive oil, fruits) and wine. The recommendations to a surrounding sand beach with crystal clear water and local taverns were also very helpful. In general, you always felt that everything was done to make your holiday restful. We appreciated the warm welcome, the chats in between and the farewell a lot.
