Overall, I had a great experience during my stay. The property owner was very friendly and accommodating. They were kind enough to grant me extra check-out time, which made my departure much more convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax. I would highly recommend this place for its hospitality and comfortable accommodations."

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the art work in every corner of this place. If I could go back I would stay a few days longer.

Probably the best place in Negombo for a holiday stay with family who likes beach and a private stay.

It's perfect for anyone seeking a quiet, luxurious getaway with a touch of privacy. I highly recommend it
