Featuring a garden and a terrace, Tea Cabins is located in Ella, a 18-minute walk from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. The arrival was easy as Tea Cabins arranged a free TukTuk from Ella. The location was amazing and quite. Staff was consistently available at any time. Communication with the host was easy and quick to respond. The went out of their way to prepare a warm welcoming for my wife's birthday.

Very comfortable separate house with a great view and all facilities. It is a perfect place to relax on weekends, enjoy the silence and beautiful nature. The owner is very nice and helpful young lady and she cooked for us tasty breakfasts. We totally felt at home in this place.

Rokkyhill ligger i Ella, 5,4 km från Demodara Nine Arches Bridge och 49 km från Hakgala Botanical Garden, och erbjuder utsikt över trädgården. Breathtaking view. Every morning I couldn’t believe I woke up in such a beautiful place. The weather in Ella is healing after hot beaches. We stayed in Rokkyhill for 7 days and would definitely stay longer. Kanchana prepared delicious breakfast and took care of everything we requested. She is very kind and friendly. We also rented a bike from her when we needed for the same price as in Ella. Walking downhills towards the railway you could find lots of authentic local cafes.

What a scenic sweet spot for a break through tea country. We stayed very comfortably for a week to explore the region and were well taken care of by the charming host family. Comfy bed, hot water, lovely porch for sipping coffee, tea or happy hour beverages. Excellent breakfast and delicious dinners to boot. Easy to walk to town on tracks, or host has a Tuk Tuk friend with super reasonable rates. Totally recommend this place.

The staff here made our stay wonderful - not only were they always extremely friendly and welcoming, but they went out of their way to help us at every opportunity, even after we had already checked out of the property. They laid on a lovely breakfast in the mornings, offered a tuk tuk taxi service into Ella, and even helped organise our transport out of Ella when our train was cancelled. We were so grateful for all their help and friendliness. The room we stayed in opens out onto a balcony with a view over the beautiful Ella landscape, and had everything we needed for our sadly all too short stay. Although the property is located slightly further out of the centre of Ella, this was never a problem due to taxi service they offer. Overall, we had a lovely stay and once again, and would like to thank the staff for making it so wonderful.
