This completely smoke-free hotel offers accomadations minutes away from JFK Airport in Jamaica, Queens. Prospect Park in Brooklyn is 16 km away and Manhattan is 19 minutes' drive from the hotel. Could stay there due to flight problems. The hotel refunded us even though they did not have to. Super nice!

This hotel will be my choice for overnight stays when flying in/out of JFK. First time staying here was an excellent experience. We arrived wore out and beyond fatigued from an 8hr overseas flight. Staff were fabulous, room et bath were large. Amazing night's sleep!! Upscale breakfast. Small open food bar for pizza, wine, beer, salads, etc. was available when we arrived at 9-930p and was just what we needed! Very important, the shuttle service was punctual, approx 10 minute drive from airport, and available 24hrs. Exceeded our expectations in every way.

Feeling so welcomed and valued by all the staff, especially Mr. Karolina (Duty Manager), the Latino bartender (sorry I forgot her name) and a black lady at the reception desk with a very straight beautiful hair (I forgot her name too).

The lady at the desk was helpful and kind. I had an issue with my credit card and She was understanding and helped me find a solution. The room was clean and Wide, smart TV, good bath equipment. The Gym Is really nice and a big space. There's a cash machine inside the Building.

Kuna toitlustamist hotelle ei paku, siis tellis ta meile soovitud toidud, võttis tasuta hoiule meie reisipagasi kuna lennuk lahkus JFK`st alles hilisööl, organiseeris meile sobival ajal transfeeri lennujaama ja oli igati parimal tasemel. Tuba oli hubane ning tasemel ja voodi mugav, maja puhas. Hommikusöök oli olemas aga tagasihoidlik. Tänava müra ei häirinud.

Queens chateau asub Laureltonis, Belmont Parki hipodroomist 10 km ja Arthur Ashe staadionist 13 km kaugusel. Konditsioneeriga majutusasutus jääb Citi Fieldist 15 km kaugusele.
