We got the 2 bedroom apartment with sea view. The view of the sea surrounding Palm Jumeirah was amazing. Staff were excellent, as they responded promptly to all our requests. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying again in future.

Also, what really sets the Cheval Maison apart from other hotels is their great staff. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Carolyne and Ahmed from reception - they were so friendly and helpful, I straight away felt welcomed. a big thank you as well to Cham and Mohammed, who were assisting me with my check out and hotel transfer really early morning time. the cleanness of my apartment was as well exceptional- The Cheval has an amazing housekeeping staff, especially Jyoti and her team colleagues. the Cheval also has a well equipped 24 hours gym and a pool on the roof - with the coolest life guard you could meet. the hotel has their own connection to the Nakheel mall...so basically not even 1 min walk and you are there.

Even we booked apartment managed by Qstay, we got all 5 star service provided by Address such as every day cleaning, nice bathrobes and slippers, gym, swimming pool with Burj view, coffee shop downstairs, lounge area.
