I like it all - the facilities, room, bedding and service were all great. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful and it is a great area to stay.

Apart from excellent customer service, our room has decent size for a traveler of 3 and the hotel has provided us with supplies of toiletries, cleaning tools, laundry soap, room and linen spray and dish washing - no need to spend time in getting all these yourself. I also like that it has a separate toilet, a separate bath area and sink/washing area. Each of us can do things separately so getting ready was faster. One can be busy in the toilet, while one is taking a bath and the other one is brushing teeth/doing makeup.

It is very spacious. And it is comfortable for 2 people to move around the room without knocking into each other. There’s adequate space for our luggages and bags. Plenty of hangers to hang up our clothes and coats. There is a washer cum dryer for our laundry. All instructions for operating the electrical appliances and washer are easy to understand. Bowls, cups and utensils are more than adequate for us to use. Kettle, toaster and microwave serve us well. The twin Queen size beds, pillows and comforter/blanket are very very comfortable for a good night rest. The room is spotlessly clean. Oh yes, there’s a freezer compartment below the fridge. Could be useful for some guests. Not to forget, there’s a safe box with lock too. And much more… Thank you for making our stay so memorable. (We stayed 5 nights). Ps. Sorry, we lost some photos. Could have shared more.

The room exceeded my expectations in size and convenience. There's even a small workspace where I had a quick meeting while my kid played. Plus, you can do laundry and cook here, which is awesome for a long trip. It's just one stop from Asakusa, a 5-10 minute walk or a quick subway ride, with the station conveniently located just a minute's walk from the hotel entrance. Surrounded by convenience stores and excellent restaurants, the location couldn't be better.

Very nice to enjoy breakfast and dinner at our table and see the city life happening. Cozy neighbourhood and loads of good restaurants.

Spacious room for 5-6 people lots of attention to details in the room. Had air purifier, well stocked kitchen (Noritake dishes), the cutest tiger kettle and a washing machine. Hotel was very close to a station and a grocery store was opposite the entrance of the hotel, which seemed to be open 24 hours a day.
