The location was amazing. Just a few steps from Checkpoint Charlie. The room was truly cozy, clean, comfortable and had everything a family with children needs to a perfect stay.

Singapore
Downtown Apartments Mitte gave me a spacious studio apartment with a living room/sofa, small dining table and small study desk. The bed was in an alcove to one side but the space was maximized. There was a small kitchen and refrigerator. It was brand new, nicely furnished and well decorated in a minimalist style. The apartment even had a nice small balcony. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The apartment is not right in a central location but very accessible, being literally across the street from two tram stops (including one that goes direct to the main train station just a few stops away) and one train station. There is also a wonderful strawberry stand across the street, at the door of the train station. It was a very comfortable stay.

The appartment was 'huge' relative to a lot of others we've been to and extremely clean and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the staff very helpful and understanding. It was a pleasure and in fact we were discussing that if we were to go back to visit Berlin one of the reasons would be to stay at this appartment again :) a+++++

Great transportation connection to the Mitte, but since weather was fantastic, I just walk around without using it much.

The biggest pro's for me were the location (very nice neighborhood + well connected to other areas of the city by public transport), the nice interior and furniture (that made the flat feel more cozy and personal compared to other rental flats), the size and the host that was very helpful and very reactive.
