Everything was exceptional: location, clear instructions to access the apartment, information about where to eat, visit, neighbourhood, immaculate white bedsheets and towels, all you need to live (including soap, detergent, shampoo and others - this might sound cheap but when you travel light and don’t have them at disposition they become annoyingly important), everything very clean. Good quality furniture, extra pillows and blankets. We always preferred staying in an apartment rather than a hotel room, and sometimes the owners behave like a poor relative is coming to live with them and furnish the place to rent with pieces of furniture that otherwise would be thrown away. This apartment looks newly renovated and everything is functional and pleasant to use. I really appreciate the owners effort. And what a view!!!

This apartment was AMAZING. When I first saw the photos and read the reviews of this apartment, I thought it seemed too good to be true and a small part of me thought this might be a scam. But Anne and her daughter went above and beyond my expectations, this is genuinely a hidden gem in the middle of Vieux Lyon. We arrived very late the first night and Anne's daughter Emmy made sure we managed to get into the apartment safely (she was supposed to meet us at the apartment but we arrived very late so she left the key in a safe space). The apartment is so spacious and clean, a perfect spot to stay for the long weekend. As it was the fete de lumieres, the streets were packed and lively. We enjoyed being near all the festivities but at the same time having an easy place to return to if we were tired. On the day we were to check-out, Anne kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment so we could continue to enjoy the city before our flight. She was extremely kind and generous, I would happily stay here again!

Thierry è stato un padrone di casa davvero fantastico. Gentilissimo, premuroso, attento e simpatico. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di confort fin nei dettagli. Superfluo parlare della vista fantastica! Ottimo anche il posto nel garage, proprio di fronte alla casa. Decisamente un luogo dove tornare e da consigliare, in particolare alle coppie.

Wonderful host and apartment is gorgeous! It was our favourite of our 10 day trip in Europe. Beautifully decorated and comfortable, board games for the kids to play after a long day of walking the city was a bonus. Views from apartment are exceptional. Look no further than this spot! Neighbourhood is lovely too, steps from all you need.
