The personnel was really friendly and helpful. We really have not anyone who was not nice - that's rare even in 5 star hotels. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious enough. Swimming pool and sauna were great too. Location is wonderful - near to shops and the center of the city. We've loved how clean and cared the territory around the apartments looked like. This is an establishment for seniors and there is an atmosphere of friendliness and politeness that we've truly enjoyed. When we visit Montelimar next time, we'll certainly stay in these apartments again.

The Appartment is very clean, nice, calm, clean, new equiped with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.Yann, the host is extremely friendly and helpful. The Pool is very nice and very clean. There is a large table with chairs at the pool and also on the patio of the appartment. The car can be parked inside the yard belonging to the house in which the appartment is on the ground floor and with the gate closed, the car is safe. I have a long car with bikes on a trailer and there is still enough space.

The Apartment is very spacious, super well equipped, well supplied and impeccably clean. The apartment is right at the foot of the bridge but it was very quiet, we had three restful nights there. The view of the beautiful Château de Montélimar is a big plus. Pierre and Samia answer messages quickly and are always accommodating.

Very conveniently located close to the city center, restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. View on the river and park-like quai is great, the rooms are light and comfortable. Parking was no problem in front of the house. Anthony provided great hospitality, he was always available by phone if needed.

A very attentionate and nice host. The kitchen is equipped wit a coffee machine, a kettle, a frige, an oven, a microwave. And even some vinaigrette sauce! The studio is cosy and sweet. Many restaurants around.

I arrived late in the evening and the chef de cuisine still made me a cold plate even though the kitchen was already closed. The apartment is in a senior residence and is rented to travellers when it is not occupied. I think this is a wonderful, sustainable idea. The complex is very nice and the flat is nicely furnished and decorated and has some kitchen basics. Not much, but it's enough for one night.
