The other reviews say it all - the studio was amazing! Everything is as shown in the pictures. It was very clean, modern, very, very comfy and very well equipped. The location is also great, and it is not far to the coast, towns, or the Dartmoor National Park. Only - as others have mentioned, be prepared for very narrow roads ;) I would definitely recommend staying here.

Situated just 23 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse, River Retreat Apartment Exeter - River Views & Parking offers accommodation in Exeter with access to a garden, a tennis court, as well as luggage... The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. A welcome packet of biscuits as well as tea, coffee and milk were waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa in the lounge. The towels were nice and large. We were met by the host and given a quick tour but, had she not been available, the keys were in a lock box and there was a list of need to know information in the lounge waiting for us. The river view was great and it was relaxing to watch the swans and ducks on the river. If I need to return to the area, this will be my go to place to stay as it really was lovely.

Offering sea views, Postman's Knock, Lynmouth, first floor apartment with private parking is an accommodation situated in Lynmouth, 100 metres from Blacklands Beach and 32 km from Dunster Castle. Everything! A real gem in a beautiful location. Really well presented. We had a super stay and hope to return. Great parking spot also.
