The room and bathroom was spotless! She had a good quality washing machine in the room which was ideal and a line to dry our clothing on the balcony. There is a table and chair outside the room which we found really relaxing and could enjoy the lovely greenery around the location. It is only a few minute walk to the main area which was great. Brilliant value for money. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Aegina Town!

We had a a very comfortable and relaxing stay, the host (George) was very welcoming and nice Everything is prepared for your comfort with attention to details (bathroom amenities, very cute breakfast,…) The room was clean and very nice!

Some apartments offer views of the Saronic Gulf from their balcony. Evi is the best host ever, 10/10 is in fact not enough! We were welcomed with home made lemonade and cookies and the next day Evi brought us some freshly baked cake, because due to a rainfall we had to stay in our room in the morning. The location was perfect for the beach and all the bars and restaurants. Our room was super clean (we got a free upgrade to a room with the seaview! but we were travelling in October, I bet in the summer all rooms are fully booked) and we had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice and clean as well. Thank you Evi!

Just 300 metres from Agia Marina Beach, 123 Soleil Studios features self-catered accommodation overlooking the Saronic Gulf from their balcony. It is set in a small garden with a bougainvillea, 50 metres from taverns and bars. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! You can see the sea and a beautiful fruit garden below. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were happy to find such a great place
