The villas are really nice, nice design modern and clean. The pool area and open kitchen were great and the bedrooms very comfortable including the open air showers. 15 min walk to kuta town, there also some nice restaurants close by

Could not recommend this place enough. The villa itself was 10/10. Beautiful well maintained and clean area. Little extra perks is that they put a 19L dispenser of bottled water in your kitchen, they bring an afternoon snack every day (coconut or watermelon etc). Location is perfect. Short walk to the main strip. You can book hotels and scooters through Kabila Villas. The staff were also 10/10. Constantly making sure we were happy with everything. So helpful with transfers etc. We rented a scooter through them for 3 days and on the second day they noticed our rear tyre was a little flat. They told us and organized for it to be pumped up; I think this just shows their attentiveness. We were in Bali for 2 weeks and this was our favourite by far. You won’t regret staying here!

Absolutely stunning villa which is very well maintained. The villa is cleaned daily and is of a very high standard with the villa left immaculate, there is also a daily inspection of the pool. There is no onsite restaurant, however the Spanish restaurant next door is very good and delivers straight to your door, as do many of the restaurants in town. I received an unexpected snack each afternoon, ranging from watermelon to chocolate pot dessert which was a lovely surprise. Staff are very friendly and contactable via WhatsApp for any requests or assistance. A beautiful property to escape from the world!

Amazing. The place is beautiful and super quiet. Best location, you are really near the center of kuta but not in the middle of it so perfect for resting. The rooms are super clean, the bed is really comfortable, everything looks brand new. They clean your rooms every 2 days, the staff is amazing!! They were so nice! Breakfast is delicious and you have several options. Also they have bikes to rent and they arrange your transport to the airport. We are coming back for sure. Free coffee and tea available and also water to refill your bottle

The best homestay we have stayed in so far during our trip through Indonesia. Incredibly nice and helpful staff, super clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, nice outdoor area, very good/cheap breakfast and great location too!!!

We liked everything!! The breakfasts are the best I’ve had in indo, plenty of choice. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, some days we wanted to just hang out and not leave. Rooms are a good size, comfy beds and nice seating area. The staff are friendly and welcoming, checking in and helping us with anything we needed. We rented good quality scooters at a good price.

The room is spacious and very clean, staff friendly and helpful. one of the guys helped us with finding a taxi driver to the port. Breakfast is 11/10 and a big pot for coffee just for you! Thanks for making our stay so good. we even extended by one night cause we loved it so much:)
