Amazing place, we really felt like at home 🤗 Very comfortable, sparkling clean and spacious, 5 min to the sea, with comfortable bed and quiet cozy balcony, where is perfect to have morning coffee or home dinner if you like it 😊 Really enjoyed every moment here. The apartment is absolutely perfect - modern, well-organized and with great equipment. The location is excellent - on the first line from the sea, in a very nice part of Versiilia. The public beach is very close. There are two bikes that you can freely use - you can ride them on a wonderful bike path along the sea.

Amazing service - due to traffic we arrived at 1.30 at night but Massimo was there waiting for us with a smile! Cristiano gave us comfort along the way as he confirmed the late check in! Very modern and clean appartment! I would certainly recommend!

The property was spacious, Just close enough to the beach to walk with the family and just far enough to not hear the city noises. Everything was kept clean and the owner tried to have every amenity available that one could wish even stocking up on different household items.. The property owner answered pretty much at any time. I wrote her and allowed us to do an early check-in. There was also air-conditioning available in pretty much every room. One could say many great things about the Apartment but for me it is the owner that truly makes the place shine.
