La habitación y el desayuno es espectacular, todo es muy cómodo y el personal muy amable. Mi llegada fue fuera del horario de entrada y no pude comunicarme a tiempo con el personal, de igual forma me esperaron y ayudaron con todo. El alojamiento está a pocos pasos de la playa, justo en la avenida central de la ciudad. Excelente lugar.

One of the best location that you can stay with the family. Very close to the beach. Easy to access. The staff was very helpful and they reply in a very fast if you have any questions. A very clean apartment with everything you will need for you vacation stay. Parking is under the apartment building very easy to access. Very close to the shops, restaurants. There are so many other good things to say about this place. We do recommend this place. We will definitely add it to our favorite place to stay.

This is a smaller family-run accommodation. The hosts were very kind, happy to help and advise you in case you needed tips for good restaurants etc. They were even kind enough to prepare a breakfast out of the ordinary offer.

Very nice appartment (as shown on the pictures), big terras. Parking. Everything one needs. 15 minutes drive to harbour/ferry for visiting Venice. Beaches 5 minutes walk, supermarkets nearby. Only one small negative thing, the internet.. (but maybe it's Internet "the Italian" way..everything chill...)

The apartment is located in a very nice area with very good restaurant close by and at short distance of Punta Sabbioni. We rented a very comfortable 2 bedrooms apartment, everything was beautiful and clean. The Vaporetto from Punta Sabbioni to Venice is only 30 min. Overall, I recommend this place. Mrs. Mariaucia is very gentle and helpful.

Thank you so much, you made our holiday even more beautiful. The apartments are a 5-minute walk to the beach and to the promenade street, grocery stores and the bus station are also within walking distance of the apartments. On a very well-groomed territory there is a large swimming pool, it was washed daily. Check-in and check-out is very fast, one of the hostesses was constantly in touch with us, answered our questions instantly, for which I also want to express my gratitude. The apartments are insanely clean, we were cleaned several times and changed towels, they also spoiled us with surprises. The renovation is very fresh, there is everything you need for life and even more, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and all body utensils. Internet is very fast. I would like to express special thanks for congratulating my mother on her birthday, it was extremely pleasant, you are the best! Better service than a 5 star hotel! Our family was very satisfied, we will definitely return to you again and will recommend you to all our relatives!
