Maria is a fantastic host with brilliant communication. The apartment is small but beautifully formed with really thoughtful touches. It's lovely and warm inside but things like fleecy blankets to wrap up warm and sit outside on the candlelit balcony with a glass of wine are such a good idea. She even provides rubber boots in case you are staying when there is aqua alta. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever stayed in in a holiday rental. Hat's off to Maria, she is an absolute super star.

Lovely property in a quiet part of beautiful Venice. The apartment is spacious, decorated beautifully with extremely comfortable beds. Being located right on one of the canals gave a real Venetian experience. Hosts accommodated us with storing our luggages since our flight was in the evening which was very much appreciated.

The appartment wonderful,cozy,chill,super clean,confortable,modern but with a classical touch...We feel It like our home.Pellestrina IS also a fascinating place but a lil bit far from Venezia.Sure if we going another time try to repeat here! As we were looking to stay close to Arsenale the location was great! Apartment super clean, basic equipment but all what you need. And as in Venice is always hard to find a dry and warm stay - this apartment had both!
