Location (away from the town but only 12km from the airport, close to good spots for polar lights), beautiful panoramic view to the water and the mountains, quietness and privacy, comfortable kitchen with everything, wifi works well, fireplace with wood, very friendly and helpful host.

Everything was great! The view from the balcony , the terrace, proximity to cable car, bus stop and retail center/stores were a few of a long list to mention here.

Great location, easy drive in and out of Tromsø. Honestly Tromsø is a bit hectic to drive though and being able to get out of it helps to unwind. Easy to find. Very quiet area, nice view from inside of the water and Tromsø. Bathroom has heated flooring which was really nice! Our hosts were wonderful couple who responded very efficiently to our needs and kept in communication. Our stay happened to be during very bad weather where our tours got cancelled and avalanches blocked some of the roads. Our hosts were kind enough to send us a message recommending we don’t go out driving which saved us from getting stuck in a bad situation. We cooked breakfast during our 4 day stay. There’s a huge Extra Coop grocery store on the way to their apartment which we went to stock up on supplies especially when we realized we were going to be stuck indoors all day.

we spent a wonderful week in Benedicte and Robin's house. The contact was very uncomplicated and cordial. The house is fantastic and we didn't miss anything. As a highlight we could see the midnight sun over the sea. Simply an amazing place! Thanks

Been travelling alot, this is the best apartment and host ever. They never missed a message and always reply fast. The house is very cozy, compelete appliances . Near the bus stop , and the best thing the aurora is just outside the house . Thanks for having usss!!!

Apartment has everything what you need. Bed is super comfortable and soft. And it’s the best location to see Northern lights. During 1 week we have seen them 5 days. Host is very nice, always ready to help.

Great location and great view; if you rent a car you can get to the city central in less than 10 mins of driving. Also inform the owner if you have a car so she can help you park them in the apartment’s facility.

Beautifully renovated wooden house in stunning countryside by a lake traditionally furnished. Very cosy with everything you could need. Loved snuggling up by the log fire. Lovely host met us at the property and explained the history. Is a really special place - we can't wait to return! The Northern Lights were spectacular too when we visited.

The Håkøya Lodge is spotlessly clean and very, very comfortable. The kitchen had everything one needs to make meals and the hosts had excellent advice and tips for everything from where to get the best groceries to where to see the Northern Lights.
