Baridi Villa is a great place. It is definitely worth the money. Staff are really happy and helpful. You can organise different trips through Baridi. The price for the trips and taxis are slightly more expensive what you can get from the beach but at least you don’t need to stress so much if it works out or not. The pool is perfect for kids. The rooms have smartTV with Netflix (you need your own account though).

Great clean, comfortable apartments across from the Tembo hotel; we liked being independent but with the use of the hotel facilities. Super location with friendly, helpful staff. Arranged a walking tour of Stonetown (the guide was called Chief - he was brilliant!) and a spice farm visit via reception - they were both excellent; really good value and both with a private guide.

Beautiful sanctuary from the hurry of the city. Wonderful ocean views and easy beach access. This is a tropical paradise. Easy access to local fish market, great place to see the dhows come in and out. Huts made of sustainable materials, yet all the modern conveniences you could want. The staff is super friendly, gentle souls, and helpful and feels like rafiki (friends). They serve breakfast right on your patio and have lunch and dinner options here. We had such good food that we would just ask Malik, the chef, to "surprise us." Jamal, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. He helped us arrange transportation to and from his lodge and has connections with tour companies to arrange any tour you might want to take.

The hotel is right in the center of Stone Town. The rooms have air conditioning, are spacious with high ceilings and the owner is very friendly and attentive to the guests. Its also very clean. We had a great time!

O cazare pentru persoane mai puțin pretențioase. Simplu, dar cu tot ceea ce este necesar pentru o ședere mai scurta. Paturi confortabile, apa calda, presiune la duș, prosoape, lenjerie de pat. Exista camere cu baie proprie, dar și camere cu baie comuna( curata, cu uscător de par, săpun, sampon, gel de dus și prosoape) Deasemenea, la etajul 1( unde se afla recepția,) exista o zona comuna f. Mare cu loc de luat masa și zona de odihna, o bucătărie dotata cu aragaz cana fierbator, tacâmuri, vesela și masina de spălat rufe care pot fi utilizate. La etajul 2 este o terasa cu vedere la ocean și deasemenea la labirintul de străduțe din Stone Town. Multumim lui Sadat pentru ospitalitate și ajutor! A organizat o preluare de la aeroport la cazare, precum și un transfer la Paje. Calitate/preț raport bun.

The host and his stuff members were very friendly and helping with everything we needed. The host arranged a taxi driver to pick up us from the airport for a very reasonable price. The location is great, you are just in couple minutes at the beach, where you can enjoy your drink at some beach bar. Regarding excursions, feel free to ask the host what he recommends. He organised for us a day trip to prison island and nakupenda. All in total was a great value for money and a nice experience. A very concrete sign, that the satisfaction of his guests is the main interest of this host, is that he asked everytime if everything went well during our stay in stone town. I totally recommend this place to stay!
