We liked everything. The room smelled nice, it was clean and new, no shabby furniture whatsoever. There were kitchen utensils so that guests can cook. The bed was really soft and the bedsheets smelled so good.

The room was a spacious and it had an isolated subdivision which operated as bedroom, so it had and appartment feeling. Very comfy bed. Clean, super clean! The construction looks new. The hotel occupies some floors (I do not know how many) of an entire building. The room had a wonderful view into the city to the riverside. The city lights were great. Excellent Wi-FI. Very good smart TV. There was also a new fridge and a washing machine. Very good bathroom. No safe nor microwave (but we knew from the beginning when we chose the property, and it was not a deal-breaker). Ms. Luyen from the reception was very helpful and professional. She helped us with the taxis reservation from and to the airport and to the different locations around Da Nang. The taxi driver she got was very reliable and the prices were very fair (most of them the same as they appeared in Grab). The hotel is not located in the typical beach area, but we could reach it very easily by walking. This seemed indeed an advantage, as the area was quiter. You enter the building through a fine souvenirs shop with very beatifull handcrafted goods (very friendly staff here as well).

Nice location, nearby the beach. Really comfy bed. All necessities were there - water heater, some cooking ware, ref and a stylish bathroom. Plenty of sunlight! Best of all, one of the warmest and most helpful hosts in Vietnam! Super helpful and made sure I enjoyed my stay, even tho I was just there for one night. All this for a very affordable price! Can't wait to stay again!

Everything is perfect 👍👍. The room as it’s shown in the picture. Complete facilities ❤️❤️❤️❤️. The washing machine was really helpful, so I can get home with all my clothes clean 🙂. The location is also great! Walking distance to dragon bridge and Son Tra Night Market. All the staffs are very kind. The hospitality they deliver is great! Especially Thu, she contacted me a day before I checked in to make sure she would provide everything I need when I’m in Da Nang. And it’s proven! She is so quick response and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Da Nang. And if I ever got a chance to comeback, I would pick this place again to stay! This is a full-fledged one-room apartment where you feel really like home. There is everything you need for a long-term stay. The apartment is bright and sunny, which is important for Da Nang. The comfortable bed is amazing. The wonderful staff who will help with any question speaks English. We have stayed here several times and always tried to choose this particular hotel apartment. The Lagom is very near to cafes, restaurants, and all the main places in the sea coast.
