Maison Juste is a recently renovated condo hotel in Marseille where guests can make the most of its terrace and shared lounge. Great place in a great location. It is within walking distance of many places and the check-in system is very convenient, especially if you arrive late at night. The room was super clean and comfortable.

Aparthotel AMMI Vieux Nice has accommodations in Nice near Plage Blue Beach and Bains Militaires Beach. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service, a tour desk and free WiFi. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Both hosts we talked to readily provided advice on what to visit in Nice and nearby, where to eat etc, in addition to accomodation-related issues. The room was nice and cosy, very clean. I recommend with no hesitation.

Just a 2-minute walk from Centrale Beach and 500 yards from Prevent Beach, Ted Surf House features accommodations in Capbreton, with a shared lounge. Ted's Surf House is the perfect place to spend some quality time. The place is cosy, and well-designed and offers more than expected - a beautiful chill zone, a jacuzzi, and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff there was always helpful and warm. Those people around make you feel like part of the family very soon. This stay was one of the top 2023 travel experiences. PS: For nomads, the Wi-Fi connection is great.

Le Patio Père Pigne Guestroom in Perpignan provides adults-only accommodations with a rooftop pool, free bikes, and a garden. Very quiet location. Sebatien and Michel couldn't have more helpful. The break was fresh every morning, fruit, yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh baquettes and croissants. A little out of the centre, but if you don't mind walking it's great.

It is immaculately designed, very well located next to the forest and the sea. The hosts deliver a complete breakfast basket at request and will give you recommendations for seafood delivery. We will definitely be back.

Chez Julien & Mathieu is a recently renovated homestay in Valras-Plage near Plage de Valras. The air-conditioned accommodations are a 13-minute walk from Plage Orpellieres. Easy check-in, friendly welcome, great apartment. The internet was awesome for working remotely.
