Nice old house. Different than expected. Very quiet, which is very much wanted in such a noisy city. The host is very friendly and helpful. Very watchful and protective over the property. We left the window open one day and received a message directly to close. Very good.

Its a beautiful place, very large studio rooms with full kitchens. Very clean and the atmosphere is very calm, which is unusual in NYC. Really great location with plenty of cool bars, restaurants etc and close to good public transport links. Communication with the booking was excellent and everyone I encountered either through email or in person was friendly and accomodating. 10/10 value for money in NYC! I have already recommended this to many friends and colleagues!
