At B&B Concha you will find barbecue facilities, a shared lounge and a library. We were at April so we didn't use pool. Nice place to stay and travel around - Real El Escorial, Segovia, Manzanares castillo de Mendoza. They have private parking, each room downstairs has an exit to the yard with chairs and table. Very clean, perfect bathroom. Very helpful staff even though they don't speak English that well, we succeeded to communicate. Good breakfast and beautifully decorated dining room even when we were all alone at the property. Did their best to arrange us breakfast take away on an early check-out.

Some rooms offer views of the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral and the Sabatini Gardens. Excellent atention. Alina and Ronald the best and warm hotel staff in Madrid. They allowed early booking. Water. Coffee tea and also a little bottle of champagne for FREE. The building is close to everything. My 65 s years old mom and I could walk arround the palace, plaza España, Sol Square. La gran via and not was necessary to take Metro. My room was a palace. My mother was so happy

Some rooms have a balcony offering views of a pedestrian street. The staff was really gentle and helpful. The room was small (but I knew it, not a complaint) but quite clean and well kept. Bathroom was also very clean.
