The property is within 2 minutes’ walk from local shops, pubs and restaurants. The owners were wonderful hosts, always ready to help and assist with anything I needed. They made me feel very welcome and ensured my stay was comfortable. The room matched the booking perfectly and was exactly as described. The location was fantastic, right by the sea and beach. It was also just a short walk to most places, making it very convenient for exploring the area. I had a truly enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

My wife and I absolutely love the staff who were so very kind and made the stay wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional and the facilities lovely. The staff were so personable and kind that we felt it had the touch of a Bed and Breakfast--very personable and friendly. We would return there every time!

Theatres, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk of the B&B, as well as the award-winning Manx Museum. The ancient monument of Balladoole is only a 20-minute drive away. Absolutely perfect stay! In all my years of traveling there have been many helpful and dedicated hotel owners and staff, but none quite as friendly, helpful, and dedicated as Kevin and his wife. They really go out of their way to make everything outstanding, from the scrumptious breakfast, to travel and activities around the isle, and just lending a personal touch and care to your stay. The hotel itself: - Is centrally located - Is clean and well maintained (common area, rooms, and bathrooms) - Decor was traditional and beautiful - Breakfast was amazing and freshly prepared to order within a short time. - Street parking is plentiful and free (there is a 2 hour time limit during working hours but if one needs more they can simply move to another spot nearby). - Is excellent value for money and an absolute steal at the price. Would love to return here during any future visits to the isle.

A recently renovated property, Carrick Rooms is set in Port St Mary near Chapel Bay Beach, Brewery Beach and Port Erin Railway Museum. The property features sea views and is 2.3 km from Port Erin Beach and 7 km from Castle Rushen. Peel Cathedral is 22 km from the bed and breakfast and Manx Museum is 27 km away.

The property was welcoming, extremely clean, and conveniently located at walking distance to several restaurants and pubs as well as to local free parking. Nick and his family made us feel at home. He suggested so many interesting places to explore over our 3 night visit. We will definitely recommend Carrick Rooms and the Isle of Man to our friends looking for an adventurous destination!
