When we walked in, Stefano gave us a warm welcome, and the check in to the room was super swift. When we walked into the room, it had a beautiful view and a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean, they do housekeeping every day. The bathroom has a nice design and was very clean. The entire stay was quiet, relaxing, and homey in general. The location was amazing, it’s only a few steps away from all the restaurants, the lake, bus station, and ferry station, you only need to take a taxi to the train station. Stefano was great in communication, he replies very fast, and he is very helpful and cheerful.

La Casa del Sarto - Rooms and Apartments erbjuder boende i Lecco, 25 km från Villa Melzis trädgårdar och 26 km från Bellagio Ferry Terminal. Det finns gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. Vincenzo and Cristina were very helpful from the start from when you book your trip and right through to the end of your stay. They were incredibly accommodating, as we had rooms on the top floor that were very hot due to the warm weather, so they moved us to the bottom floor and provided fans for our two apartments. We also had a little difficulty locating the building, but after a quick WhatsApp message, we were quickly greeted outside of the building. The rooms have been recently renovated, so they look modern and new. This is a great starting point if you are looking to visit Lake Como. I would highly recommend La Casa del Sarto.

Villa Torretta i Varenna erbjuder boende endast för vuxna med en trädgård och en terrass. De luftkonditionerade rummen har sjöutsikt och har skrivbord och gratis WiFi. Our hostess was lovely! It was very easy to communicate with her and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. The Villa was charming and our room was great--especially the views of the lake. The table and chairs outside were wonderful to enjoy a glass of wine and the views. The location was perfect --we could easily walk to restaurants and it was so convenient to the ferry to take day trips to Menagio or Bellagio. I would recommend this Villa if you want to experience old world Italian charm.
