The room was absolutely perfect - from the decor, to the breakfast/snacks in room, and the extremely comfortable bed and outdoor firepit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and it was definitely the best place we stayed at for our ten day trip!

We loved the location, close to the Hilo downtown but in a peaceful green place. We really appreciated the breakfast. The owner baked daily cakes and prepared fresh fruit. Best breakfast ever!! Free parking space was also a plus!

I highly recommend anyone staying in Kona wanting an incredible experience to stay here. Ricky and his wife are both extremely friendly, kind and hospitable people (as well as both being great cooks). The destination (10 min drive from town up into the hills) provides the most beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The room was immaculately clean and much bigger than I had originally thought going by the photos. We utilised the breakfast option and were treated to a variety of delightful breakfasts along with the best coffee I had drunk in Kona that they make with their own beans. The view whilst eating there is as good as it can get as well. Could not have enjoyed our stay more here and if we go back to Kona we will certainly be staying at Hale Hualalai with Ricky. Thank you both so much for making our stay with you perfect.

Las zonas comunes están genial, tanto el área de la piscina como la del bar, siempre hay muy buen ambiente y los camareros, al igual que el resto del personal fueron muy simpáticos. No hay opción a desayuno pero sirven café y algunos dulces en recepción. Las habitaciones tienen terraza y son amplias, con microondas y kettle, lo que se agradece, y algunos detallitos.

El apartamento es amplio, la cama principal enorme y muy cómoda. El sofá cama bastante cómodo para dos adultos. Las toallas impecables, como nuevas. Igual las sábanas. Un 10 en toallas y sábanas. El desayuno sencillo pero bien, pan de molde, magdalenas, fruta, mermelada, zumo y café. La cocina bien equipada, suficiente para hacer alguna comida rápida allí. Me gusto, volvería otra vez.

Excelente ubicación. Una vista maravillosa desde la habitación 38 (ventanales esquineros). Cama muy sabrosa. La señora que me atendió al llegar, la primera desde la acera, muy amable y eficiente, así como el hombre que ayuda con valijas y taxis. El desayuno aceptable (amplio, práctico pero poco saludable). Ofrece varios servicios que no tuve tiempo de probar. Aunque no es perfecto, sí me gustó mucho y volvería a hospedarme allí.

La cama era comodísima, había parking sin coste extra y estaba muy cerca del aeropuerto y de tiendas y playas. Buen lugar para explorar este y sur de la isla. También se agradece el café 24h y bollos para desayunar y las cosas de playa que te prestan. Llegamos antes de la h de checkin a dejar las maletas y ya nos dieron la habitación, así que muy amables

Excelente ubicación a una cuadra de la playa Waikiki. El hotel era muy lindo, con un gran hall. El personal fue super atento, nos asistieron en todo lo que pedimos. La habitación muy linda con un lindo balcón con vista a la montaña. Muy limpio. El desayuno estaba incluido pero era para llevar, si quería desayunar en el lugar te cobraban extra. Fue económico para lo que recibimos.

Toda nuestra estancia fue increíble. Pam y Dean fueron muy amables, nos recomendaron tips para las caminatas en el volcán. La ubicación es muy cerca del Parque Nacional, te permite ir y volver las veces que quieras recorrerlo, de día y de noche. La habitación es muy amplia y tiene todo como para sentirse en casa, hasta pequeños detalles como el aroma de la habitación, chocolates, cama extra cómoda, un patio hermoso con una fogata para mirar las estrellas! El desayuno es muy completo y variado. Lo recomiendo 100%
