The owner was more than helping and friendly. We were personally welcomed and after asking we were given beautiful recommendations for special shops and cafes. The room was absolutely lovely, we were stunned by the view and the location! If we come back to brighton we will most definitely book the Blue Sky Guest House again! Thank you for the lovely stay!

I was in Brighton for a 3 day fair and South Downs View turned out to be the perfect place to stay! Comfortable, spotlessly clean, with 24 access to the kitchen to make coffee and tea and use all the facilities, as well as to choose from a wide range of the uncooked breakfast provided at a time to suit myself. Excellent bus service to central Brighton with the bus stop just around the corner which meant that I could leave my car there, saving on the exorbitant parking fees in the city. I totally recommend this property as the ideal home from home place to stay to relax and recuperate at the end of a tiring day. Karen is delightful and very helpful.

The location if you are looking for something right in the middle of brighton probably can't be beaten. Everything was clean, good clear instructions provided 48 hours before for parking and access which was absolutely fine, no issues at all. Car park a little difficult to find but not impossible, just read the instructions! So much potential to become a perfect stay as a holiday home, instead of student accommodation as it's what it is right now.
