The cleanliness and decor are on point! The host who checked us in was amazing and super friendly. The cafe and bar are really nice and not too pricey. The tech at the hotel is great, as they are using QR codes for ordering. The location is great in our opinion. You just walk 2 minutes and there is a bus stop that comes very frequently and takes you downtown. If you like to walk it's about 40 mins on foot. There are a ton of mini markets near by and some great bakeries. Overall, this place was awesome!

The staff was very helpful and nice, always asking how they could make our stay more comfortable. The location is prime as well! Miron the manager greeted us with sparkling eyes as he is the owner and the architect who designed and built the Hotel. Prior to our stay he made contact with us via WhatsApp and made sure we have the address and all the instructions. The place itself is beautifully designed with the latest modern facilities and tasteful elements, sparkling clean, bed is very comfortable and beautiful lighting. We stayed only one night but still enjoyed our stay. The location is the center of town very close to all the action yet is located in a small quiet ally. Miron even suggested some good restaurants in the area when ask for his advice. We will be happy to return to Sartori on our next visit.

The apartment is very pretty and comfortable. Great location 3 min walk from the city center, everything is near by. Big and comfortable bed and nice baby cot. it’s perfect for staying with toddler or baby. The host was amazing and helped us with every request we had. Highly recommended!
