Everything was perfect, I don't have a single thing to complain about. Nicolo did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome during our stay. Room was super clean, beautifully refurbished without losing its old charm, beautiful and relaxing view, breakfast served in the garden (tasty and different every day), two beautiful terraces, short hiking trail along the coast leading to the old town of Sestri Levante which starts right in front of the house. We would definitely come back!

Perfect place to stay when you will gonna stay on sestri levante but you need to have a car by force. The ambience of place was very calm and quiet and you can chill all day in the small pool. You have to enter a stop light controlled tunnel, but it is not a problem. It is what makes this property unique. The real star of this property is Sara hostess. Our airlines lost our luggage. We have t-Mobile 55 Magenta plan which allows us to text and Wi-Fi, but we cannot make a phone call. Sara was kind enough to let me use her phone to talk to the airline. The day my luggage was delivered, Sara acted as the go between with the carrier so we could continue our vacation. Sara was there to greet the carrier, and got the luggage to our room. We have never had a proprietor has service oriented as Sara.
