We couldn't have been happier with the apartment than we were, it looks exactly like its pictures - brand new, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, clean and well located. We'd spent six weeks travelling around Morocco in rather more traditional accommodation so this apartment was an absolute blessing, REALLY good. There is a decent sized supermarket literally round the corner and the kitchen is well equipped, a little further is a cafe called Le Cliq which we went to several times with good results and you're about 15-20 minutes walk from the old town. Mohammed was splendid, very rapid to respond and connected us with a great driver to visit Asilah, the Hercules caves and outskirts of town.

By far one of the most phenomenal places I have stayed in so far. Where even to begin - check-in was seamless, the rooms are lovely and well designed, the location at the border of the Kasbah and the Medina is central to everything and ideal. The design is exceptional, the food was rich and delicious and art lends a creative and refined atmosphere. But what makes Saba's house so special are the people who work there - they really make you feel at home and like you are surrounded by family. It's something so rare and special when you experience it, it's something that elevates your trip and stays with you. The staff at Saba's House (Jaouad, Zaki, Abdullah, Medhi and owner Roya) just made us have the most special time. They were attentive to our every need, were so warm and friendly, and so caring. They gave us so many things like water and sweets with our tea which they didn't charge for, when I lost my sim card Zaki put in so much effort to help me find it late at night (and did!), when it was Eid and everything was closed they made us a delicious homemade chicken tagine, when it was another lady in the hotels birthday they hung up decorations and made her a cake. Roya gave us the best recommendations for art, tours, and even hotels in other parts of Morocco. It takes something so special for all the elements of a hotel to combine to provide such an incredible, warm, memorable experience - and Saba's house definitely has it! Cannot recommend it highly enough - and we will certainly be back!!!

We loved the location in the medina at the edge of the Kasbah overlooking the sea, beautiful views from our bedroom and the gorgeous terrace. The whole house was beautifully decorated with many fascinating works of art and interesting artefacts. The bedroom was cosy and comfortable and the breakfast on the terrace was splendid. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful, ordering us a taxi and giving local advice as well as helping us exchange our money into local currency, a must in Morocco as credit cards are not widely accepted. A fantastic start to our adventure in Morocco!
