This condo and Cocoa Beach were everything we could've asked for and more! Walking into the unit we instantly felt a sense of home. Jan was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond in helping us have an enjoyable time in the area and the condo is fully stocked with anything you might need. The condo was very clean and updated. The property is quiet and the beach/pool areas are very well kept. Will definitely be back. Also, it is within walking distance to everything so you don’t need to rent a car to enjoy the area and get groceries, etc during your stay. Perfect location and the condo was beautiful.

Close to the beach, pool in front of the condo and high standard of everything abailable in the condo. Beds were were very confortable. We have not missed anything.
