The location was fantastic as you were close to Frenchmen Street, and a short walk to the French Quarter. We were upgraded to a suite after there was a mix up with the room type we thought we had booked, making our stay very comfortable. The staff and management were so lovely, and we enjoyed a great light breakfast in the beutiful kitchen the first morning of our stay.

The property is located at a quiet and decent neighborhood with free on street parking. Self Check-In was very easy, the rooms and kitchen are so clean. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker and water kettle. We stayed in the room downstairs with a separate private bathroom. Our room was both spacious and comfortable, and suitable to New Orleans decor. The whole B&B was decorated to make a guest feel like they were at home! Peter and Ruby are gracious, knowledgeable, and wholly suited to the hospitality industry (I have worked in hospitality, and so I know what I like!) We would come back to this beautiful property in a minute, as it was perfectly situated to our needs for visiting New Orleans. Our breakfasts were excellent, nutritious, and there were always lots of snacks and delicious coffee available to us. We would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing visit to NOLA.

We had an amazing stay at the Canal Street Inn. The hosts are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are also well informed on the goings-on in the city. The property is beautiful and lovingly decorated. Our room was huge, with a private bathroom, minifridge and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable - I have back problems and yet I slept very well. The breakfast is just perfect, different dishes every morning -and all of them delicious. The street car, which stops in front of the Inn, will take you straight to the French Quarter. We highly recommend this beautiful Inn. We would love to go back!
