The staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and with modern design details. We enjoyed our stay at Kipos and would definitely come back in the future.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood at the city's outskirts; not too far, not too close from the center (but much preferable for those that have visited Heraclion again). I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance. Thank you Petros and stuff for your excellent facilities and overall good vibe!

Very convenient and central location less than 5 min away from bus station whilst being away from hectic crowded spots. Air conditioning was great. Staff was very professional and competent. Absolutely great service. Buffet breakfast with local delicatessen.

The first hotel, where they know how to do perfect eggs. Excellent pools and beach. Very clean rooms and all the facilities. Highly recommend this hotel!
