This place is very special - it has a refined but laidback atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcome and relaxed. The property is incredibly beautiful and every detail has been considered with the upmost care and attention. Everything in the rooms is very high quality and designed impeccably, our suite was very spacious, with a huge terrace and lots of different areas to sit and relax in private - bliss. There are two pools and lots of different places to relax, as well as lush gardens and sculptures from exhibiting artists to be enjoyed. The food served from breakfast through to lunch and dinner is all worthy of it’s own review - declious flavours, imaginative dishes and the freshest locally sourced ingredients. A special thank you to Caroline - a gracious hostess who is passionate about creating wonderful memories for guests. Carefree summer days at their best!

St Paul is a beautiful hilltop medieval town 20 minutes from Nice airport. You do need a car to get here, although obviously buses are available.
I would say it is a great location for a short to medium stay – four days was perfect! If you do end up going here book a table at the colombe D’or restaurant – it is one of my favourite places in the world, but be warned and book as soon as you can, as you will not get a table if you just turn up! I have been here several times before, and so booked it about 10 weeks before I left London! This may not be the case in the winter of course! Ignore the TripAdvisor reviews – I think I must’ve gone to completely different restaurant😂. The service is fantastic, the waiters do speak English and in my opinion, the food is not overpriced although of course it is expensive as everything is in the south of France in fairly touristy places, which St Paul is! I live in London, so frankly anywhere is cheap by comparison! Do go to this restaurant famous for its paintings given by artists. After lunch have a good mooch around the pretty streets - you will find many sweet shops selling very expensive biscuits and sweets but the owners are very happy for you to look😊

The host told so many lies about my stay. She knew I didn’t have a car and I asked for only one trip to buy my groceries but she didn’t want this. There weren’t any taxis and that’s why the local took me home.I did notify the host.My plane was late which I explained to her. This is so wrong she gives this explanation.

Really lovely place to visit but you only need two to three days there to see everything. Lovely art galleries and shops. The best place to eat was Le Tilleul run by Maxine and his team. Fabulous food and really great service ! Avoid the Colomb D'Or restaurant - overpriced and very basic food. A basket of raw unpeeled vegetables in a basket with a tiny tiny bowl of pate for €40 ! Go and see Atelier Tanagra - lovely artwork, and her recommendation for the Craquelin from Patisserie Palanque in nearby Vence has to be followed.

St Paul is a beautiful historic village, full of art galleries & quirky shops selling lovely local produce. It's an ideal place to spend a day just wandering the cobbled streets & relaxing with a cold drink to admire the views of the countryside. Non slip shoes are a must as the narrow streets can be slippery.

We stayed nearby but visited the town every day or evening.
We stayed nearby but visited the town every day or evening. A charming place with extraordinary views. Several good restaurants. cosy atmosphere with folks playing boules at the Place de General de Gaulle. Walking around was easy, however I recommend good walking shoes (the pavements were centuries old and naturally uneven)

Fantastic stay at the resort, I’m so glad I chose to spend my special holiday at Domaine du Mas De Pierre. The resort surprised us with a free upgrade to one of their lovely junior suites which just made our stay even more special. The resort is very suitable for families due to the abundance of amenities available, especially their Spa, which was remarkable
I would definitely recommend trying both of the restaurants there as they were both amazing, and their home baked madeleines were spectacular!
Stayed in this place twice (once with my husband and the 2nd time with a couple of girlfriends).
Both rooms were tidy and really clean. Host was very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent!! and the swimming pool looked very attractive (we didn't get a chance to swim).
Double room was very spacious; the triple room was a bit crowded - but still larger then most hotel rooms in the area.
Porches were nicely equipped with everything you need for a relaxed evening
We had a wonderful time at Villa Saint Paul, the hosts were very friendly. The villa is perfectly situated to walk in to St Paul de Vence. The breakfast was superb and taken in a wonderful setting around the pool. Our room had an outside eating area and small kitchenette which meant we could enjoy a meal outside which was a nice change from eating out as we were travelling for 3 weeks. beautifully positioned villa which we would happily recommend.
This hotel was fantastic! It’s clean and in a very safe, gated area in the hills of St Paul about 15-20 min from Nice. We loved to have somewhere quiet to relax in that felt family owned. There are two adorable dogs on site and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. They even took our package to the post office for us because they didn’t have deliveries come up there! 10/10 would stay again!
Excellent location in the old village. Very friendly host. La Saint-Pauloise has only two rooms. On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen, a sitting area and a terrace with a wonderful view. There is free coffee and tea in the kitchen. There is also butter and jam in the fridge, so we only had to buy bread at the bakery (2 min walk) in the morning. Nicely decorated and well kept place.
We stayed at Ideal BnB for 4 nights as part of a trip along the Côte d'Azur. The accomodation surpassed all expections in particular the amazing pool looking out over to Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The owners of the property were very attentive and kind. The rooms were well equipt and very clean. We would definately return to Ideal BnB in the future!
Beautiful property with heated pool. Very spacious and nicely decorated rooms with stunning view on Saint Paul de Vence. Breakfast is served on the terrace but the room has a kitchenette to prepare your own. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place
This is an exceptionally lovely place to stay. Located just outside Saint Paul de Vence and with lovely views, a gorgeous pool, super comfortable bedrooms, a common space to sit/chat/work, a delicious breakfast and a charming host we loved our stay.
We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable. Delicious breakfast. We found all the people who worked there very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful area of Saint Paul de Vence.
Outstanding location within the walls of St. Paul.
Excellent staff, particularly Paul who was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
Had excellent dinner in the hotel’s restaurant - recommended!
My room was quiet and comfortable and had a nice balcony with views of St.Paul de Vence. The hotel has a very nice pool and dining room for breakfast. Conveniently located to St. Paul de Vence.
Hotel Le Saint Paul is at one of most beautiful places I have ever visited. My welcome to the hotel was lovely and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Nothing not to like. Wonderful hotel within walking distance to Saint Paul
D’ Vence Much love and effort put into it . Service is exceptional and care for details
A perfect place for relaxation, away from crowded zone, nice pool, natural park, comfortable room. A real boutique hotel. Nice people, a special quote for Sophie.
The location near St Paul de Vence and being able to walk into town. The room with terrace was very comfortable, the lovely breakfast and the garden and pool
