the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated...
the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated being so close to the airport as it made my onward journey much easier. The price for a room for one person was 239 euros, which I find extortionate whether or not this is what hotels in Dublin charge. The breakfast was a buffet which was very disappointing. I expected table service for breakfast at this price. The food had been picked over and it was just not good enough.
the reception staff on arrival were excellent and welcoming. The restaurant staff were lovely. Drinks and food are overpriced in my opinion.

Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet...
Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet only 20-30 minutes by bus from Dublin. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant, and although it took longer than expected for our pizza, all the food was well prepared and tasty. Staff was accommodating, providing fans for the room as requested, and check-in & -out was a breeze.

Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel!
Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel! Anyone staying more than one night would go to Dublin or other areas of Fingal, but there is not much in Santry other than the shopping center and DUB airport!!

We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic...
We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic and it was well located for this purpose. There also seemed to be regular shuttles to the airport. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meals. The staff were great.
I should clarify that this is for the Crowne Plaza, not Holiday Inn Express. The shuttle driver told us when we were picked up at the airport that we were going to the “sister hotel”. And sure enough they had our reservation.
That being said, we had a very comfortable stay. Just an overnight to get back to the airport. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The buffet in the morning was spectacular, I wish I could have had a leisurely breakfast rather than rushing off. The airport shuttle was very convenient.
The hotel was perfect for what we needed. We were coming in to Dublin late from Amsterdam and needed a nice place to sleep that was close to the airport. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle service was an extra benefit. It was a great value. I want to be fair and since we were there for one night it was a perfect fit. I am sure they had plenty of other perks we were not aware of. If you need a place to stay close to the airport this is a good value.
We booked the Holiday Inn Express (Dublin Airport), due to arriving back very late from a trip to Italy. To our surprise, we were informed that the Hotel had closed and that we were being 'upgraded' to the neighbouring Crowne Plaza. The upgrade was superb, with a magnificent breakfast, wonderful room and great facilities. The staff were all very courteous and nothing was a problem.
The room was great - perfect size/layout. Comfortable beds, clean, spacious bathroom, nice little desk/chair, and plenty of extras (coffee, tea, biscuits, soap, etc.) that other hotels in the area did not have. The shuttle was super convenient and on time with transportation to the airport. We were very impressed and will definitely stay here next time in Dublin!
The room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to the airport with easy accessible transport into the city. We really only had one day in Dublin to explore so this location was perfect easy to get back to the airport and into the city. Highly recommend if you are only staying a few days in Dublin
Great hotel! Super convenient location and the shuttle to/from the airport to the hotel was a big bonus for getting in and out. The hotel is also close to a bus that goes directly into the heart of Dublin.
The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. I would definitely stay again!
I stayed in the hotel the night before my knee surgery in Sports and Injury clinic santry, The hotel was beautiful to both look at and stay on. The staff were so helpful and kind. They organised a shuttle bus to get me to the hospital door and all were so kind wishing me well and a speedy recovery.
The front desk staff was kind and helpful, as were the terribly over-worked restaurant dinner staff. We were able to get late check for an extra 15 euros so we had a place to wait for an hour and a half.
The hotel was close to the airport.
The room was clean.
Upgraded hotel and room, friendly staff, comfy beds, variety at the complimentary breakfast and free airport shuttle service.
Not sure exactly why, but we actually got upgraded from the Holiday Inn Express to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Dublin Airport location.
I love the huge park and walled garden across from the hotel - it's the perfect place to walk and recover after a long flight! In general the staff are always friendly and go above-and-beyond, and the rooms are clean, well equipped, and have unique decor.
Great location for the night before an early flight from Dublin airport. The shuttle bus service was very handy. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant was good. We left too early for the included breakfast but provided us with a basic packed breakfast.
Everything from the moment we walked into the hotel. The service of the staff, the cleanliness of everything. The food in the restaurant was good as well. The bed was so comfortable.
Room was spacious and clean. Ideal location to get to when travelling from outside of Dublin! Staff were extremely friendly behind front desk. Overall good stay and would come again
