Stephanie was very responsive from the moment I booked. My review is for a different property, There was work being done at the property booked. It all worked out, since the replacement place was in the area we wanted to be. The place was clean and spacious, loved the private beach access and dock.. we really did enjoy ourselves. Thank you for allowing us to use your facility. We very much enjoyed our stay and Luke did a fine job of looking out for us. We left some towels, a small lamp for the bedroom, an extension cord, aluminum foil in the kitchen, couple extra rolls of paper towels, and couple of extra rolls of toilet paper to enhance the next guests' visit. If we make a return trip to Bullhead next year, maybe we'll be able to stay again. We hope your summer season is successful, safe, and sane. Loved the whole setup. River wasn’t as close as we thought but was still definitely close. Loved that they accommodated our fur babies as well! Very quick to respond to messages and requests. Would definitely love to live here. Lol

Breakfast was not included with our reservation. We ate dinner at the restaurant there, which was very good. The location of The Pioneer was fantastic.
