Staff were very welcoming. They immediately offered us a free membership that allowed us early check-in for free and a credit toward a drink. Room was comfortable and shower was good. There is a BART station just 10 minutes down the street, plus the world famous In-N-Out Burger which is a must-try when in California.

Was lousy there was only free coffee. For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae Bart Station.

Friendly helpful hotel, with comfortable room and amenities!
Friendly helpful hotel, with comfortable room and amenities! Appreciate an electric jug for boiling water rather than a coffee maker.
I received almost six messages/email from booking.com and hotel about reservation. Maybe this is a bit excessive. .

Great hotel if you need to stay near the airport for an early flight. The airport shuttle was really handy, and basically runs 24 hours. The walk to the BART station and nearby food places was pretty easy, but might be difficult if you have mobility challenges. Also, one of the elevators was broken when we stayed there, so that was pretty annoying as there were a lot of people staying in the hotel. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby too, as the food and snacks for purchase in the lobby were insanely overpriced.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to help me find a place to store my 11 foot paddleboard overnight. And the place just has such a unique elegance and taste for a small hotel, artwork, mix of old and new, a cute little area outside for sitting by the water fountain. And relatively quiet for where it's located. And I like that they try to be so green, offering use out of metal water containers to refill after filtered water station. Nice free parking right next to the entrance.
We’d previously stayed at the Westin and Aloft hotels on the other side of the overpass but typically would have to get off at Millbrae exit to gas up the rental car at this exit. Now I can fill up the car and spend the night at the Residence Inn instead. There’s an In-and-Out Burger and Panera right across the street. And a BART station to take you either to SFO or into the City. Breakfast was wonderful and staff very friendly.
Can see the airport from the hotel, but as there are train lines and a freeway in between takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get there. Room clean and with 2 double beds. Breakfast a bit spartan, but this was because of renovation. About a 20 minute walk to train station to get into San Francisco city centre. Shuttle from and too the airport $6 each way per person
Location was supurb for me: very close to the airport, with regular bus service to get there. Also, the hotel was walking distance (5 minutes) from the Caltrain for traveling both to San Francisco proper and south to San Jose.
Hotel is a "boutique" hotel, but staffed 24 hours a day, with nice touches like a great (free!) coffee machine.
If you have an early morning flight, the location of this hotel is a game changer. It is connected to the airport, and will give you an extra hour or two of sleep. The train takes you right from the hotel to your terminal, and to long-term parking. It is super convenient.
Awesome spot! Had a one night layover and the location is great but it's way more than just an airport hotel. The room was awesome and super livable and in addition to that the free breakfast actually had great food and the whole place was clean and modern.
The hotel suited my needs in terms of offering me some rest after an intercontinental flight. The location and the room overall were perfect for the purpose of my stay. Also the breakfast offered was good.
We travel often with our young children and our Frenchie. This hotel was one of the best all-around. Great location, breakfast included, great staff, and comfy beds. Definitely recommend!
Pretty nice spot with good character, nice for airport (20USD for Uber) or a 1 mile walk +BART in a non-sketchy neighborhood. Nearby shops. Millbrae a good area.
