    Yassmine specifically at the reception and all her colleagues were so professionals though it was extremely over crowded but the kept the smile and covered all the needed information..     Great location 8 min from Business bay or Downtown or 15 min to Marina or JBR. Hotel have perfect big rooms, huge bathroom, big LCD, very tasty 2 restaurants! Price range 50% less expensive among others! Including food and drinks! Very cosy swimming pool with marvellous views to Burj Khalifa and Downtown! Very nice sauna! Its a real 4 star hotel. Free shuttle to the beach and many others good things! All staff are very polite and helpful! I feel like my home!

    Last night, my wife and I enjoyed a romantic evening at the Copthorne Lakeview Hotel Dubai, Green Community. I want to share my sincere thoughts. Upon our arrival at the reception, Ms. Gen kindly upgraded our room to a premium one situated by the lakeside. Everything was impeccable - from the hospitality to the tranquil location away from the city hustle. It was an incredibly cozy and relaxing spot. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for both couples and families. Undoubtedly the finest choice in Dubai.

    Everything was amazing. The view of the Burj Khalifa is literally right there on your balcony. The rooftop pool was amazing, jacuzzi hot tub also next to the rooftop pool. There is a kids zone for the swimming and a play area. We stayed on the 11th floor and it was incredible. The bath tub was quite big, the bed literally was soo cosy, it felt like you were sleeping on nothing, they provided so many crockery and cutlery, a Hoover, prayer mat, we had access to hairdryer. The location was amazing. Literally a 10 minute walk to Burj Khalifa
