We felt very safe because the cottage smelled nice, had great insulation, and the wonderfull hosts just across the road for any help or advice. There's a bus stop for the Land's end coaster just around the corner, and we have used it to get to and from hikes on the South-West coast path.

Property was lovely and clean, facilities were excellent. there was a Co-op within 2 minutes walk with the town centre only about 10 minutes walk away. There was a bus running to and from the town centre very near the property if you didn't feel like walking. Lovely private bbq and seating area in the garden of the property. Car parking space at front.

It was spacious and cosy and Carbis bay had gone a long way to ensure our stay was really nice and gave us all sort of creature comforts not afforded in the main hotel rooms. For myself and my wife we very much enjoyed it with excellent access to the bus and train into St Ives. I would give it 11/10 had it not been for the bed so its gets 9, and I really wanted to give it full marks.

The kitchenette was great with 4 plate hobs enabling to cook our own dishes. The cottage was nice, comfortable, warm and quiet. We will certainely book again...hopefully very soon.

Easy to book, easy to check in, every amenity you would need in a holiday cottage was available here and nice and clean as well. Friendly and helpful host too, answering any questions before or during the stay. Very comfortable beds, nice big fridge/freezer, and a big wardrobe in the main bedroom to hang clothes. Lots of mains electric points for charging electronics. Very comfortable and relaxing stay!
