Ricardo and Paula are great hosts. The apartment is comfortable, stylish with modern equipment. The location is excellent, wery easy to go there by bus A or B. Malamoco was Hugo Pratts secret shelter, it is like a small fishing village but urban and friendly at the same time. There is a small shop very close, also restaurants and bars.

Our stay at this charming villa was a welcome escape from the bustling crowds of Venice's tourist center. I stayed at this villa, and I can say that it was an amazing experience. The villa was absolutely superb, and the interior was worthy of the highest praise. The kitchen was excellently equipped, and the entire villa had been renovated with top-notch quality. The modern plumbing worked flawlessly. The garden surrounding the villa was well-maintained and beautiful, making it a perfect place to relax outdoors. The host was very responsive and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The property was near to beach and centre. The beds were very comfortable. The cottage was beautiful very well equipped. The hostess was lovely and responded quickly to anything we needed.

Outstanding views in a quiet neighbourhood. Friendly attentive host. Beautifully furnished room. Frankly I'd stay here rather than the Cipriani which had mediocre views compared to this!

tranquil and peaceful location yet within easy reach of both the Lido and Venice itself. property itself is well appointed with everything you need. btw having the 4 bikes was an absolute god send allowing us the freedom to explore!

We liked the location and a nice small garden. A supermarket is just round the corner. 5-min walk to the beach. We found free parking near the house. The lady with keys was very nice and friendly.
