Better quality coffee (Starbucks pods) than rooms I’ve stayed in before and NOT cheap powdered creamer. Property Updated is a big plus. The outdoor showers to rinse off after the beach which is added plus. I also like the gate code entry with no office checkin.

A TV in every room and the best water pressure! Picnic table and grill out side, nice quiet neighborhood. The entire cottage is very Zen. :)
