Mike and Edwin are lovely hosts, so friendly and welcoming. The facilities are just as described. The grounds are lovely. We used it as a weekend to get outside and explore, we think you will make the most of the experience if you have a car and can travel to nearby locations. The breakfast was good too!

The cottage is well-designed and equipped with everything we needed. The views across the rolling Devon farmlands were stunning and we loved listening to the nearby stream running past our windows. It is well located for outings to Dartmouth, Paignton and Torquay and despite inclement weather at times we were able to enjoy a walk across the farmlands and outside play for the children. Our hosts Martyn and Catherine made us feel very welcome.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, really welcoming. The bedroom was top notch- we had a ‘superior double’ and thought it was really well designed. The bed was huge and really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and spotless.
