The property was in really close to the harbour. It was about a 3 minute walk to the main area and the night market. There were many warungs and food places. Even though we were so close to all of the action, the place was still quiet and noise was never an issue. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Obi is great and super welcoming, when we first arrived, he gave us a map of the island and pointed out the hotspots. He was a good contact to have for questions regarding the place and for general Gili T queries and suggestions. We enjoyed the free breakfast and on our first day, we didn’t get a chance to eat it and yet they kindly saved us the breakfast for when we returned. As well, we were pleased that there was a water refill station. The place was clean and the grounds itself was beautiful and foliage-rich. Despite feeling like we were in a jungle, there were surprisingly no ants and mosquitos were minimal. Upon asking, they even provided us with additional beach towels for free also. Bonus: they had the cutest, most friendly cat on the property as well.

Do yourself a favor and book this place if you find it available! You’ll find beautiful lush vegetation, superb fragipani, and the most zen pool ever. My room was super clean (and serviced every day), with an amazing outdoor bathroom ( showering and looking up to the stars is v cool). The staff were so nice! Always smiling, always ready to help with anything, the absolute best! They make you breakfast every morning consisting of fresh fruit, fruit juice, eggs of your choice, coffee or tea and toast with butter and jam, which you can enjoy on your own little porch. It was a fantastic stay that I’ll always remember, and I hope to come back soon!

We liked this hotel a lot, even before we arrived! The staff wrote us a detailed description about the hotel and Gili T island, which was quite helpful. During our stay, the staff was also great helpers! This hotel’s location is perfect if you are the one who fancies tranquil environment and likes the sunset. It only takes several mins’ bike riding to the subset spot. Our room was big, bright and comfortable. We had great sleep. The swimming pool was excellent. Swimming under the super blue sky and plumeria rubra flowers will be our long lasting memory. We would definitely want to come back and recommend this hotel to our friends!

Hotel serasa villa. Cocok untuk keluarga tetapi hati2 untuk ortu yg tidak kuat naik tangga krn kamar ada diatas jadi naik turun ke toilet. Kolam renang bagus dan bersih betah untuk tinggal lama2 di hotel ini Sarapan sederhana tetapi enak2 kualitas berbintang. Dekat dgn jalan utama dan pelabuhan jd tidak perlu sewa andong

Exceptional! The staff exceeded our expectations even surprising my boyfriend with a birthday decoration in the room, the birthday cake and all the Bale Sampan team chanting Happy Birthday to him. It was just incredible!

I think its most Quiet place to stay in the Island. Amazing service, tasty food. I enjoyed breakfast and evening BBQ. Staff so friendly and professional. Comfortable big villa, nice terrace to sit. Very clean, i didnt see any bugs or mosquitoes. Hotel has pool with ocean water, bicycles for rent, beautiful sunset. Beach in hotel has amazing sea life and perfect for snorkling. From September (till I don't remember when ) water goes a bit away from coast , and you need to wear special sea shoes to walk till deeper water. I would reccomend hotel to arrange kind of floating walk way pontoon for a period when waters goes away. So guests will not damage corals while walking and will be easy to enter & exit the ocean. I will recommend hotel for my friends.
