Rose Park Hotel - Al Barsha, Opposite Metro Station in Dubai features 4-star accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre located just 60 metres from Mashreq Metro Station. The staff were lovely. I enjoyed coming back to the hotel every night.
