The rooms were nice and big and the staff were extremely professional. I have to specifically mention Ms Lamiaa who was so helpful to me throughout my stay and when I wanted to extend my stay gave me the best possible rate that she could. She also allowed me late checkout on the day I left. Thank you Ms Lamiaa … it is staff like you who make our hotel stays that much more special. I will definitely be choosing Sofitel if I am in Dubai again.
