Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, connected to The Dubai Mall and 10 minutes away from City Walk, Sofitel Dubai Downtown is an idyllic oasis that blends urban sophistication with refined luxury,... The rooms were nice and big and the staff were extremely professional. I have to specifically mention Ms Lamiaa who was so helpful to me throughout my stay and when I wanted to extend my stay gave me the best possible rate that she could. She also allowed me late checkout on the day I left. Thank you Ms Lamiaa … it is staff like you who make our hotel stays that much more special. I will definitely be choosing Sofitel if I am in Dubai again.
