Directly connected to the Dubai Festival City Mall, InterContinental Dubai Festival City boasts a 25-metre outdoor pool that extends onto a balcony with panoramic views of Dubai Creek. Room was superb, very comfortable mattress, view was amazing and very well planned bathroom facilities, especially shower and bath. Very good breakfast and thumbs up to the restaurant Manager Anna, so kind and caring every morning and during dinner to make sure all guests are happy with the food and service. We enjoyed our stay, was a good get away and will definitely use this hotel again

The staff are so friendly and doing their work with passion. They are all so hardworking and ready to help you with anything you want. Front desk are so friendly and ready to help you. Book taxi, call their shuttle, help you with appliances in the room. Anything! If you still need something you can also ask for Miguel. He will make it happen. The concierge team are so good too. Imran, Omar, Jaya, Isrer, Yese. Just to name a few people that I remember their names. Thanks to Joana Wennie Carolyn Faizan Shravam John and the chef-price. They are all wonderful
