It features an outdoor pool and direct access to the Festival City Mall. the professionalism of the reception Staff in particular Miss CM, Nacera, Mr. Ayed and Mr. Fayed for their assistance in solving my room’s problem.

Directly connected to the Dubai Festival City Mall, InterContinental Dubai Festival City boasts a 25-metre outdoor pool that extends onto a balcony with panoramic views of Dubai Creek. The location of the hotel is one of the best locations for you, so you are in the middle of Dubai so festival city Mall in the hotel and Dubai Mall is very close so you just need to drive between them and there is also a Dubai Hills . The staff was very kind and they solve all the problem that I face and they make my vacation one of the best.

This luxurious hotel offers free parking and is just 2 km from Dubai International Airport. It is close to Dubai Creek and the Festival Marina. Great hotel with all facilities, excellent daily housekeeping (please tell them thank you), reception staff lovely, staff at restaurant Mezza very helpful. Room was excellent, with a nice view, well equiped and nice little touch for comfort. Superb continental breakfast with daily greetings by the Chef in person.
