Breakfast service was fantastic, all the staff were very helpful and friendly and always accommodated us and helped with fetching everything we needed (I have a mobility issue so this was very welcomed). In particular one member of staff Sue was extremely helpful and looked after me at all times and ensured I had assistance I would like to extend my sincere gratitude. Location of the pool and the beach was very good. Nice to have shower and restroom facilities nearby too. All security and life guard staff were helpful and nice.

I stayed at Rixos Istanbul and was fantastic, I chose the resort for the name, however the place need to be updated for a rapport price quality, the food so so, very bad experience. the only positive note the service desk all of them “thanks” instead concierge very rude

I booked this resort because we were on 22 hours layover in Dubai from Milan. Our flight arrive in DXB @ 6:15 am on Sunday. I have requested early check in during my booking 3 weeks earlier. Upon arrival to the resort, we were greeted by friendly resort staffs. To my relief our request for early check in was granted as there were empty rooms available despite 90% occupancy. We were quite thankful to Prateek at the check in desk for helping in that matter. We were then invited to have breakfast in the Palm Kitchen while our bags were being transferred to the room. The buffet spread were marvellous and delicioso. We were tired after a week of travelling in Suisse and slept soundly in the comfort of the plush mattress. The view from the room was awesome. I had a nice swim in the Persian Gulf within the confines of the resort beach. Plenty of cabana and prepared by for us by the beach staff. The 70 meter pool was refreshing to swim. All in all, im glad i choose Taj Exotica as it ends our already breathtaking, amazing Switzerland and Milan holiday spectacularly!!!

The buffet breakfast was one of the best. I travel all over the world staying in different hotels and I must say the breakfast selection and quality was one of the best!

Amazing property with stunning views every where you look! We were fortunate to be there as they celebrate their one year of opening and it was great! Awesome buffet breakfast with a lot of variety to cater to everyone. Room was big, bed was comfortable, very clean and has everything you need and more. Facilities like the gym, swimming pool, spa/sauna were all great, well staffed and everything felt luxurious. Impeccable service from all the staff we interacted. Will definitely be back!
