Ahmed Tokhy assisted me with the check-in and he gave me a very nice room. The view was amazing, room was clean, the location is the best with free basement parking so you don't need to think about leaving your car in the street.

The room the service at the front desk and my buffet on the 29th floor. The whole experience was exceptional, everyday they came to clean my room which I thought was wonderful. Some hotels do not do that unless you request it. Upon arrival I did ask for a room with a view which they just accommodated me, I did have to pay a little extra but baby it was worth the money I loved my 1 bedroom w a balcony. It was just me I honestly didn’t need all that space lol but it was my birthday which they also accommodated for as well. I received a birthday cake on my birthday from them which was super special I want to thank you guys for the overall wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this place and it’s in the middle of everything, very close to everything I had planned. Thank you for your exceptional service. Also they had a Quran and prayer mat and as someone who converted over I appreciated that so much.

I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying there again.
