Very welcoming person at the reception. Her good name is Harshi. She was very helpful and kind. Also two member of staff for room cleaning are great mr Mizan and mr Ali.

It's surprisingly very well located: near to the "Dubai Internet City" metro station, only few stops to get to most of the desired/touristic places of Dubaï. The personnel was very professional and helpful. At the Check-in, they accepted our request and gave us a very nice room with an amazing view. Special thanks to Mr, Amgad the duty manager for his excellent services. He was very kind, welcoming and always smiling. Keep up the good work, We undeniably 100% recommend this hotel !
