With prime CBD location, Pullman Melbourne City Centre is close to Bourke Street Mall, offering a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. The location is excellent as it is in the heart of shopping and restaurants. There were a lot of Asian restaurants just round the corner. The room which we took had access to the lounge and the staff in the lounge were excellent and friendly. The conceirge was extremely helpful and hardworking with particular mention of Bob. The trams stops are just a few steps out of the door of the hotel. For the reception, Clement has to be commended for his helpfulness as we had requested for a high floor and a quiet room but on the second round of stay, we were initially given a low floor room. This was not good for us as we are light sleepers. Clement managed to arrange for us to have a high floor even though the hotel was quite full. If you are a light sleeper, you should request for a quiet room and a high floor as on a Saturday when we were there, the noise level was high.

The staff was wonderful, especially the breakfast team! All so frieendly and caring - the perfect way to start the day. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We walked to the Australian Open every day. It was an excellent stay!

Comfort Hotel Melbourne Central offers apartment-style serviced accommodation in the heart of Melbourne CBD, 350 metres from Parliament RailwayStation. Front desk people were super nice. Apartment with a balcony facing Lonsdale was absolutely wonderful. Shower was new and modern. Washer/Dryer was a nice convenience. Parking at the nearby garbage for 24 hours was affordable and easy to use with the keypad/pin number provided by the front desk.

Gordon House Apartments is ideally situated in Melbourne, and features an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. Fabulous beautiful building, rooms had everything you could want , felt like home
